Guidelines for Safety in Supply Chain is published on the World Food Day
Covid 19 pandemic which has deeply influenced the whole World, has increased the sensitivity towards access to safe food and the importance of supply.
As the Food Safety Association, we came together with the Association of Suppliers for Out-of-home Consumption Products and with many other NGOs that form the skeleton of the sector and created a transparency project which will allow us to know where our food that we as the consumers eat in the restaurants, are coming from. We believe that this project will be very useful both for the consumers and the restaurants as well as the suppliers who do their work right and create awareness to prevent unrecorded food.
