The participants of the meeting were Mr. Harun Se\u00e7kin, DG for Protection and Control, Ms.Emel Molla,  Acting Head of Department for Food Establishments and Codex, Ms.Hanife Ayan Food Engineer, MSC,  Mr.Melih \u015eahin\u00f6z, President of Suppliers for Out-of-home Consumption Products Association (ET\u00dcDER), Mr.Samim Saner, President of Turkish Food Safety Association (TFSA), ET\u00dcDER Vice president Ms.Nevra Eker, Project  Leaders Ms.T\u00fclay \u00d6zel and Ms.Sabahnur Demirci, GGD Executive Board Members Dr. H\u00fclya G\u00fcnay and Mr.Veysel \u015eeng\u00f6z, and ET\u00dcDER Secretary General Mr.Tolga G\u00fcll\u00fc. At the meeting, we presented our Reliable Suppliers Program and received valuable remarks of the participants on its extension.<\/p>\n<p>Vice Minister Ms. Ay\u015fe Ay\u015fin I\u015f\u0131kgece, stated that she found it very valuable that with this project as a first in the World, consumers will be able to reach transparently the information about the trademark and supplier of the food they are having on their dish at a restaurant using their smart phones. She also added that they are ready to increase support.
