Ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 d\u00fczenlenen bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131nda payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131.<strong> <\/strong>Bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131nda bilgi veren<strong> G\u0131da G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Samim Saner,<\/strong> &#8220;G\u0131da G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Bilgi D\u00fczeyi Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131&#8221; hakk\u0131nda \u015fu a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulundu:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;G\u0131da G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Derne\u011fi olarak t\u00fcketicilerin g\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011fi konusundaki alg\u0131 ve bilin\u00e7 d\u00fczeyini saptamak amac\u0131yla TNS Global T\u00fcrkiye\u00b4ye yapt\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00b4G\u0131da G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Bilgi D\u00fczeyi Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131\u00b4 sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 sizlerle payla\u015fmaktan mutluluk duyuyoruz. Bu ara\u015ft\u0131rmada 27 Avrupa \u00fclkesinde Avrupa G\u0131da G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Otoritesi (EFSA)   taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u2018Special Eurobarometer &#8211; 354 Eurobarometer\u00b4 ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 temel al\u0131narak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.  Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla yap\u0131lan bu ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonucunda T\u00fcrk t\u00fcketicisinin g\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011fi konusunda alg\u0131 d\u00fczeyini g\u00f6rme ve elde edilen bulgular\u0131 Avrupa Birli\u011fi \u00fclkelerinin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma imkan\u0131 elde ettik.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kantitatif Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Tekniklerinden &#8220;bilgisayar destekli y\u00fcz y\u00fcze anket&#8221; y\u00f6ntemi ile 18 il\u00b4de 1654 ki\u015fiyle yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmada yer alan baz\u0131 sorulardan; 5 y\u0131l \u00f6ncesine k\u0131yasla g\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011fi; g\u0131da ile ilgili akla gelen olas\u0131 sorun ya da riskler; sa\u011fl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00abg\u00fcvenli olmayan\u00bb ve \u00abzararl\u0131\u00bb bir yiyecek ile ilgili duyulan son hikaye ve bu hikayeye g\u00f6sterilen tepkiler, t\u00fcketicilerin g\u0131da risklerine kar\u015f\u0131 kendilerini koruma e\u011filimi konular\u0131nda \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar ortaya koyuyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">15 ya\u015f ve \u00fczeri T\u00fcrkiye kent ve k\u0131r n\u00fcfusunun yakla\u015f\u0131k be\u015fte ikisi (%37,8), 5 y\u0131l \u00f6ncesine k\u0131yasla g\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011finin geli\u015fti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmektedir. Bu oran 18-24 ya\u015f grubunda (%44) di\u011fer ya\u015f gruplar\u0131na g\u00f6re anlaml\u0131 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeciler g\u0131da maddeleri sat\u0131n al\u0131rken, sat\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc bozuksa iade edece\u011fini (%88) ilk s\u0131rada belirtirken; Kad\u0131nlar, g\u0131da maddeleri sat\u0131n al\u0131rken en \u00e7ok yiyecek maddelerinin sat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerin ko\u015fullar\u0131na dikkat etti\u011fini (%88), erkekler ise en \u00e7ok \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn ambalaj\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flam olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat etti\u011fini (%89) belirtmektedir. En d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyede kat\u0131l\u0131m g\u00f6sterilen ifade ise &#8220;\u00fcr\u00fcn reklamlar\u0131na g\u00fcvenirim (%70)&#8221; olmu\u015ftur.&#8221; Dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>GGD Bilimsel Dan\u0131\u015fma Kurulu \u00dcyesi<\/strong> <strong>Prof. Dr. Ali Esat Karakaya, <\/strong>&#8220;T\u00fcrkiye G\u0131da G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Bilgi D\u00fczeyi Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 2014&#8221; konusunda \u015fu saptamalarda bulundu:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re t\u00fcketicilerin, al\u0131\u015f-veri\u015f tercihlerinde &#8220;sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00fczerine etki&#8221; ilk s\u0131ray\u0131 almaktad\u0131r. G\u0131dalar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00fczerine etkisi konusundaki en g\u00fcvenilir bilgi kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak da kurumlar de\u011fil bireyler (doktorlar ve di\u011fer sa\u011fl\u0131k personeli, aile ve arkada\u015flar) g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir. G\u0131dalar \u00e7ok say\u0131da riski bir arada ta\u015f\u0131yan \u00fcr\u00fcnlerdir. Bu risklerin bilim esasl\u0131 mevzuata dayal\u0131 olarak g\u0131da ve sa\u011fl\u0131k otoriteleri taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6netilmeleri gerekir. Toplumun bu kurulu\u015flara bireylerden daha az g\u00fcvenmesi g\u0131da-sa\u011fl\u0131k ili\u015fkisi konusunda bug\u00fcn her kesimin yak\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 kafa kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ortam\u0131n kirli bilgi (bilim d\u0131\u015f\u0131 s\u00f6ylem) \u00fcretmeye uygun hale gelmesinin ana nedenidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>G\u0131da G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Bilgi D\u00fczeyi Ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli ba\u015fl\u0131klar:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Kent kesiminde ya\u015fayan 18 ya\u015f ve \u00fczeri T\u00fcrkiye n\u00fcfusunun yakla\u015f\u0131k be\u015fte ikisi (%38,4), 5 y\u0131l \u00f6ncesine k\u0131yasla g\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011finin geli\u015fti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmektedir.<\/li>\n<li>18-24 (%41,7) ve 25-34 (%42,8) ya\u015f gruplar\u0131nda g\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011finin son 5 y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde geli\u015fti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc, di\u011fer ya\u015f gruplar\u0131na g\u00f6re daha y\u00fcksektir.<\/li>\n<li>Genel de\u011ferlendirmeden farkl\u0131 olarak \u0130zmir, Ege, \u0130\u00e7 Anadolu ve G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu b\u00f6lgesinde ya\u015fayanlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131 be\u015f y\u0131l \u00f6ncesine g\u00f6re G\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ayn\u0131 d\u00fczeyde g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcndedir.<\/li>\n<li>C1 Ses grubunun %90\u00b4\u0131 G\u0131da al\u0131\u015fveri\u015finde g\u00fcvenilir g\u0131da olmas\u0131na \u00f6nem verirken, Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n %89\u00b4unun kaliteye, Erkeklerin ise %89\u00b4u aile bireylerinin tercihlerine \u00f6nem vermektedir. En d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyede \u00f6nem verilen konu &#8220;marka bilinirli\u011fi (%81)&#8221; olmu\u015ftur.<\/li>\n<li>18 ya\u015f ve \u00fczeri kentli T\u00fcrk t\u00fcketicisin g\u0131da al\u0131\u015fveri\u015findeki tercihini en fazla \u00abkendi ve ailesinin sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u00bb ile \u00ab\u00fcr\u00fcn kalitesi\u00bb olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n tercihlerinde ilk s\u0131rada \u00abAlerjik madde i\u00e7ermemesi\u00bb ve \u00abkalite\u00bb yer al\u0131rken, erkeklerde \u00abkendi ve ailesinin sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u00bb en etkili olan kriterdir.<\/li>\n<li>Sonu\u00e7lar ya\u015f k\u0131r\u0131l\u0131m\u0131nda incelendi\u011finde 18-24 ya\u015f grubundakiler \u00abkendi ve ailesinin sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u00bb, 25-34 ya\u015f grubundakiler \u00abG\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fc\/tazeli\u011fi\u00bb, 35-44 ya\u015f grubunda \u00abAlerjik madde i\u00e7ermemesi\u00bb ve \u00abG\u00fcvenilir g\u0131da olu\u015fu\u00bb, 45-54 ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00abkalite\u00bb ve 55 ya\u015f \u00fczerindekilerde \u00abAlerjik madde i\u00e7ermemesi\u00bb kriterleri, g\u0131da al\u0131\u015fveri\u015findeki tercihlerini ilk s\u0131rada etkileyen \u00f6zelliklerdir.<\/li>\n<li>G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmecilerin g\u0131da maddeleri sat\u0131n al\u0131rken, en \u00e7ok sat\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc bozuksa iade edece\u011fini (%88) belirtirken; kad\u0131nlar, g\u0131da maddeleri sat\u0131n al\u0131rken en \u00e7ok yiyecek maddelerinin sat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerin ko\u015fullar\u0131na dikkat etti\u011fini (%88), erkekler ise en \u00e7ok \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn ambalaj\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flam olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat etti\u011fini (%89) belirtmektedir.<\/li>\n<li>Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n en \u00e7ok endi\u015fe duydu\u011fu husus \u00e7e\u015fitli hileler ve aldatmalar (%84) iken erkeklerin ise meyve, sebze veya tah\u0131llardaki tar\u0131m ilac\u0131 kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131(%79)\u00b4d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmecilerin %61\u00b4i kendilerini en \u00e7ok beslenme bi\u00e7imiyle ili\u015fkili sa\u011fl\u0131k risklerinden koruyabilece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmektedir.
