S\u0131caklar\u0131n artmas\u0131 ile birlikte, haz\u0131rlanan veya sat\u0131n al\u0131nan g\u0131dalar\u0131n uzun saatler bekletilmesinin, bilhassa a\u00e7\u0131kta sat\u0131lan veya a\u00e7\u0131kta b\u0131rak\u0131lan g\u0131dalar\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 risklere dikkat edilmesi gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2-<\/strong><strong>A\u00c7IKTA SATILAN \u00dcR\u00dcNLERDEN UZAK DURUN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ramazan al\u0131\u015fveri\u015flerinde uygun olmayan ko\u015fullarda ve merdiven alt\u0131nda  \u00fcretilen g\u0131da maddelerinin halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ciddi risk te\u015fkil etti\u011fi g\u00f6zard\u0131 edilmemelidir. Bu t\u00fcr \u00fcr\u00fcnler rasgele ortamlarda a\u00e7\u0131kta veya ambalajs\u0131z \u015fekilde sat\u0131labilmekte ve t\u00fcketicilere ula\u015fabilmektedir. Nerede ve kimin taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcretildi\u011fi bilinmeyen kay\u0131td\u0131\u015f\u0131  \u00fcr\u00fcnler sat\u0131n al\u0131nmamal\u0131 ve t\u00fcketilmemelidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3-<\/strong><strong>ALI\u015eVER\u0130\u015e L\u0130STES\u0130 OLU\u015eTURUN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ramazan al\u0131\u015fveri\u015flerinde g\u0131da israf\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmek i\u00e7in mutlaka al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f listesi olu\u015fturun, ihtiya\u00e7tan fazla al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ebilmek i\u00e7in bu y\u00f6ntemi al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k haline getirin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4-<\/strong><strong>BAKANLIK ONAYI YOKSA SATIN ALMAYIN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ramazan al\u0131\u015fveri\u015flerinde sat\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z g\u0131dalar\u0131n etiketini dikkatlice okuyun. Tar\u0131m ve Orman Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;nca verilen kay\u0131t veya onay bilgisi ile  saklama s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kontrol edin. Sat\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn do\u011fru s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda muhafaza edilip edilmedi\u011fini ve son kullanma tarihini \u00fcr\u00fcn etiketinden kontrol edin. Kay\u0131td\u0131\u015f\u0131 veya do\u011fru muhafaza edilmemi\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcnleri sat\u0131n almay\u0131n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5-<\/strong><strong>ALI\u015eVER\u0130\u015e\u0130N\u0130ZDE ET, TAVUK VE BALI\u011eI EN SON ALIN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Et, tavuk, bal\u0131k gibi \u00e7abuk bozulabilen g\u0131dalar\u0131 ve dondurulmu\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcnleri al\u0131\u015fveri\u015finizin sonunda al\u0131n. Yemek pi\u015firildikten sonra yenilecek kadar\u0131n\u0131 ay\u0131r\u0131n ve geri kalan\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zl\u0131ca so\u011futup buzdolab\u0131na kald\u0131r\u0131n.
