Ancak kanaatimizce bu g\u00fcvenlik en az mikrobiyal ve migrasyona verilen \u00f6nem kadar fiziksel fonksiyonel yap\u0131 olarak da sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc do\u011fru ambalaj yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f g\u0131da ise ancak mevzuat\u0131n gerekleri kadar g\u00fcvenli g\u0131dad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ggd.org.tr\/resim\/r121.jpeg\" alt=\" \" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Bu ba\u011flamda, 25-26 Ocak 2007 tarihlerinde d\u00fczenlenen \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay konular\u0131nda uzman Sn.Prof.Dr.Necla Aran, Sn.Prof.Dr.Dilek Boyac\u0131o\u011flu, Sn.Y.Do\u00e7.Dr.At\u0131f Can Seydim, Sn.Do\u00e7.Dr.Cengiz Caner, Sn.Do\u00e7.Dr.Zehra Ayhan ve Sn.Hasan Salih Acar&#8217;\u0131n e\u011fitmenli\u011finde ba\u015far\u0131 ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lk g\u00fcn G\u0131da Mikrobiyolojisi (Kontaminasyon, Hijyen-sanitasyon, Test Y\u00f6ntemleri), G\u0131dalarda Kalite Kayb\u0131 (Bozulma Reaksiyonlar\u0131, Ambalajl\u0131 \u00dcr\u00fcn\u00fcn Raf \u00d6mr\u00fc) Mevzuat (Ulusal ve AB), ve G\u0131da-Ambalaj Etkile\u015fimi konular\u0131 irdelenirken, ikinci g\u00fcn Yeni Ambalaj Teknolojileri sunumu ve vaka \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ile devam etmi\u015ftir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay&#8217;\u0131n verimlili\u011fi ve konular\u0131n spesifik olmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan her iki sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn birbiri ile etkile\u015fimi b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem arz etmekteydi.
