G\u0131da G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Bilgi D\u00fczeyi Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131&#8217;na g\u00f6re, \u00fclkemize gelen turistlerin y\u00fczde 96&#8217;s\u0131 T\u00fcrk yemeklerinin lezzetinden memnun, y\u00fczde 59&#8217;u ise T\u00fcrk yemeklerini g\u00fcvenilir ve hijyenik buluyor. Ayn\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;yi ziyaret eden turistler g\u0131da al\u0131\u015fveri\u015flerini s\u00fcpermarket, semt bakkal\u0131 ve manavlardan yaparken, g\u0131da t\u00fcketimini ise yerel restoran, otel restoran\u0131nda yap\u0131yor. Turistlerin bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n hem g\u0131da maddesi al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fini hem de t\u00fcketimini seyyar sat\u0131c\u0131lardan yapmas\u0131 ise ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n ilgi \u00e7eken bulgular\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Topluma &#8220;g\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011fi&#8221; kavram\u0131n\u0131 benimsetmek \u00fczere kurulan G\u0131da G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Derne\u011fi, yurdumuza Avrupa Birli\u011fi \u00fclkelerinden gelen turistlerin T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki g\u0131da sekt\u00f6r\u00fc hakk\u0131ndaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini, yabanc\u0131 t\u00fcketicilerin g\u0131da g\u00fcvenirli\u011fi ve hijyeni konusundaki endi\u015felerini, g\u0131da al\u0131\u015fveri\u015flerinde ve t\u00fcketimlerinde tercih ettikleri sat\u0131\u015f noktalar\u0131n\u0131 belirlemek \u00fczere ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u015firketi GfK&#8217;ya &#8220;G\u0131da G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Bilgi D\u00fczeyi Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131&#8221;n\u0131 yapt\u0131rd\u0131. Y\u00fcz y\u00fcze anket tekni\u011fi ile 108 Avrupa Birli\u011fi \u00fclkesinden gelen 18 ya\u015f \u00fcst\u00fc turist ile yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re; \u00fclkemize gelen yabanc\u0131 turistler T\u00fcrk yemeklerini lezzetli buluyor.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><em>&#8220;T\u00fcrk Yemeklerini Be\u011feniyorum&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">G\u0131da G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Derne\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan yapt\u0131r\u0131lan &#8220;G\u0131da G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Bilgi Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131&#8221;na g\u00f6re; \u00fclkemize gelen turistlerin y\u00fczde 40&#8217;\u0131 T\u00fcrk yemeklerinden \u00e7ok memnun, y\u00fczde 56&#8217;s\u0131 memnun, y\u00fczde 5&#8217;i ise tarafs\u0131z. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclen turistlerin 35 \u2013 54 ya\u015f aras\u0131nda olan kesimi, y\u00fczde 100 olarak hi\u00e7bir teredd\u00fctleri olmadan T\u00fcrk yemeklerini be\u011fendiklerini ifade ediyorlar.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><em>Lezzet \u0130yi Fakat Hijyene Biraz Daha Dikkat Etmek Gerekiyor<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">G\u0131da G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Derne\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan yapt\u0131r\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmada konu g\u00fcvenilirlik ve hijyene gelince turistlerin memnuniyeti biraz d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor.
