Saner g\u0131da zehirlenmelerinden korunmak i\u00e7in d\u0131\u015far\u0131da yemek yedi\u011fimiz yerler konusunda \u00e7ok titiz ve se\u00e7ici olunmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">G\u0131da G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Samim Saner, t\u00fcketicilerin restoran se\u00e7iminde sadece yemeklerin lezzetine ve restoran\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne g\u00f6re karar verdiklerini, ancak ger\u00e7ekte yedi\u011fimiz yiyeceklerin g\u00fcvenilir ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bozmayan bir yap\u0131da olmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 verilerine g\u00f6re \u00fclkemizde her y\u0131l ortalama 9000 g\u0131da zehirlenmesi ya\u015fan\u0131yor.   \u0130stanbul \u00dcniversitesi Cerrahpa\u015fa t\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi verilerine g\u00f6re ise bir y\u0131l i\u00e7inde 11 834 g\u0131da kaynakl\u0131 hastal\u0131k vakas\u0131 kayda ge\u00e7irildi. G\u0131da G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Samim Saner t\u00fcketicilerin d\u0131\u015far\u0131da yemek yerken g\u0131da zehirlenmesinden korunmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in restoran se\u00e7iminde dikkat etmeleri gereken noktalar\u0131 \u00f6zet olarak s\u0131ralad\u0131. T\u00fcketicilerin \u00f6ncelikle girilen  restoran\u0131n G\u0131da, Tar\u0131m ve Hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;na kay\u0131tl\u0131 olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sorgulamalar\u0131n\u0131; kay\u0131tl\u0131 olmayan  restoranlarda kesinlikle yemek yenilmemesini \u00f6nerdi. Saner restoran se\u00e7iminde \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir kritik noktan\u0131n ise restoran\u0131n tuvaleti oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekerek; tuvaleti pis olan, tuvalet ka\u011f\u0131d\u0131 ve s\u0131v\u0131 sabun bulunmayan bir yerde hijyenden bahsetmenin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve  \u00fcretilen g\u0131dalar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bozma riski ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi. Samim Saner \u015f\u00fcpheye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde t\u00fcketicinin &#8220;mutfa\u011f\u0131n\u0131za bakabilir miyiz?&#8221; diye sormas\u0131n\u0131n da \u00f6nemini belirtirken; da\u011f\u0131n\u0131k ve hijyenik olmayan bir mutfak ortam\u0131nda g\u00fcvenilir bir yiyece\u011fin \u00fcretilemeyece\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saner severek yenilen \u00f6nemli yiyeceklerden olan salatalar\u0131n da \u00e7e\u015fitli mikrop ve vir\u00fcsleri i\u00e7ermesi olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011funu, bu nedenle g\u00fcvenilmeyen yerlerde asla salata t\u00fcketilmemesini \u00f6nerdi.
