Piyasada t\u00fcketime sunulan etiketler incelendi\u011finde; glutensiz \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin, tam tah\u0131ll\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnlere g\u00f6re daha az oranda lif, de\u011fi\u015fen miktarlarda daha y\u00fcksek karbonhidrat i\u00e7erdi\u011fi bilinmektedir. \u00d6zellikle kilo problemi olan bireylerin daha fazla lif daha az karbonhidrat t\u00fcketmesi gereklidir. Ancak beslenme ilkeleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda tam bu\u011fday ekme\u011fi beyaz ekme\u011fe g\u00f6re daha besleyici ve glisemik endeksi daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bir ekmektir.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Beyaz ekmek<\/strong>; Halk aras\u0131nda beyaz ekmek olarak an\u0131lan ekmek, bu\u011fday\u0131n kepek ve r\u00fc\u015feym k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131 ayr\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra kalan k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6\u011f\u00fct\u00fclmesi sonucunda elde edilen beyaz undan \u00fcretilir. Bu\u011fday danesinin lif ve vitamin i\u00e7eri\u011fi a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kla kepek ve r\u00fc\u015feym k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131nda oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in, beyaz ekmek besin \u00f6geleri ve lif a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan tam bu\u011fday ekme\u011fi ve kepekli ekme\u011fe g\u00f6re daha zay\u0131ft\u0131r.
