Ekmek konusunda ise  t\u00fcketicilerin g\u00f6stermi\u015f oldu\u011fu toplumsal duyarl\u0131l\u0131k nedeni ile t\u00fcketicilerin y\u00fczde 87&#8217;si bayatlayan ekmekleri atmak yerine de\u011ferlendirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\">T\u00fcrkiye\u00b4deki t\u00fcketicilerin g\u0131da kayb\u0131na yol a\u00e7an alg\u0131 ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 belirlemek amac\u0131yla G\u0131da G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Derne\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan Nielsen Ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u015eirketi\u00b4ne yapt\u0131r\u0131lan ve T\u00fcrkiye kent n\u00fcfusunu temsil eden 26 \u015fehirde 18-65 ya\u015f aras\u0131 1.545 ki\u015fi ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ferek ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen &#8220;G\u0131da Kayb\u0131 ve Etiket Okuma Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131&#8221; \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada insan t\u00fcketimi i\u00e7in \u00fcretilen g\u0131dalar\u0131n %30\u2018dan fazlas\u0131n\u0131n; \u00fcretim, da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m ve t\u00fcketim a\u015famalar\u0131nda kay\u0131p veya at\u0131\u011fa d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve bu durumun y\u0131ll\u0131k 1.3 Trilyon $ civar\u0131nda finansal kayba neden oldu\u011fu biliniyor. Amerika ve Avrupa\u2018da yap\u0131lan bir\u00e7ok ara\u015ft\u0131rma, etiketleme yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u0131da at\u0131\u011f\u0131na sebep olan ana etkenlerden biri oldu\u011funu ve bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkede g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin farkl\u0131 anlamlara gelen \u00e7e\u015fitli tarih etiketlerine sahip oldu\u011funu ortaya koyuyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Son T\u00fcketim Tarihi (STT) ve Tavsiye Edilen T\u00fcketim Tarihi (TETT) fark\u0131 net <\/strong><strong>bilinmedi\u011fi i\u00e7in t\u00fcketicilerin y\u00fczde 72\u00b4si t\u00fcketilebilir g\u0131day\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6pe att\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ediyor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">G\u0131da Kayb\u0131 ve Etiket Okuma Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131\u00b4na g\u00f6re t\u00fcketiciler Son T\u00fcketim Tarihi (STT) ve Tavsiye Edilen T\u00fcketim Tarihi (TETT) aras\u0131ndaki fark\u0131 \u00e7ok net bilmiyor. T\u00fcketicilerin y\u00fczde 86\u00b4s\u0131 Son T\u00fcketim Tarihinin (STT) ne anlama geldi\u011finin biliyor. Ancak bu oran Tavsiye Edilen T\u00fcketim Tarihi (TETT) i\u00e7in y\u00fczde 26\u00b4ya d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. Tat, koku ve g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne bak\u0131larak herhangi bir sorun tespit edilmedi\u011fi takdirde, Tavsiye Edilen T\u00fcketim Tarihi ge\u00e7en g\u0131dalar\u0131 t\u00fcketmek sa\u011fl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan riskli olmasa da t\u00fcketicilerin y\u00fczde 72\u00b4si evlerinde Tavsiye Edilen T\u00fcketim Tarihi (TETT) ge\u00e7mi\u015f g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6rd\u00fcklerinde bu g\u0131dalar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6pe att\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ediyor. Son T\u00fcketim Tarihi  (STT) ge\u00e7mi\u015f g\u0131dalar\u0131n ise etiketinde yer alan tarihten sonra t\u00fcketilmemesi gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Hanelerin g\u0131da al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fi s\u0131k ve nispetten plans\u0131z yap\u0131l\u0131yor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hanelerin yar\u0131s\u0131 (y\u00fczde 49\u00b4u) haftada 2 veya daha s\u0131k g\u0131da al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fi yap\u0131yor. Ortalama bir hane haftada 2.4 kere g\u0131da al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fi yap\u0131yor. Al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f listesi yapar m\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z soruldu\u011funda ise t\u00fcketicilerin y\u00fczde 59\u00b4u \u00f6nceden al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f listesi yapsa da, listesinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kmayanlar\u0131n oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 37. T\u00fcketicilerin y\u00fczde 41 ise liste yapmadan plans\u0131z al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f yap\u0131yor.<strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>G\u0131da etiketlerindeki tarih bilgileri anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r bulunmuyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ara\u015ft\u0131rma, g\u0131da paketlerinin \u00fczerinde en \u00e7ok incelenen bilginin y\u00fczde 88 ile &#8220;Son T\u00fcketim Tarihi\/ Tavsiye Edilen T\u00fcketim Tarihi&#8221; oldu\u011funu fakat t\u00fcketicilerin y\u00fczde 62\u00b4sinin g\u0131da etiketlerindeki tarih bilgilerini anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r bulmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirledi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tarih bilgisinin anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r olmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcndeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck engel olarak y\u00fczde 55 ile &#8220;paketin \u00fczerindeki rakamlar\u0131n okunakl\u0131 olmamas\u0131 veya i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ge\u00e7mesi&#8221; \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n%42\u00b4si bilgilerin paket \u00fczerinde kolay bulunamamas\u0131n\u0131, %42\u00b4si rakamlar\u0131n silik olmas\u0131n\u0131 ve %38\u00b4i pakette birden fazla tarihin yer almas\u0131n\u0131 kafa kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 buldu\u011funu belirtti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcketicilerin paket \u00fczerinde bilgilerini en \u00e7ok okudu\u011fu g\u0131dalar ise y\u00fczde 83 ile s\u00fct ve s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, y\u00fczde 64 et ve et \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ve y\u00fczde 55 ile dondurulmu\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcnler.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>T\u00fcketiciler g\u0131da kayb\u0131n\u0131n en \u00e7ok restoranlarda ve otellerde oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcketiciler en fazla g\u0131da kayb\u0131n\u0131n restoran ve otellerde ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor. Yemekhaneler ve evler ise bunlar\u0131 takip ediyor. T\u00fcketiciler, T\u00fcrkiye\u00b4de restoranlarda pi\u015firilen her 10 tabak yemekten 4,5\u00b4inin, evlerde ise her 10 tabak yemekten 3\u00b4\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00e7\u00f6pe gitti\u011fini tahmin ediyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ancak &#8220;restoranda yiyemedi\u011finiz yeme\u011fi paket yapt\u0131r\u0131r m\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z&#8221; soruldu\u011funda t\u00fcketicilerin sadece y\u00fczde 21\u00b4i &#8220;her zaman&#8221; paket yapt\u0131r\u0131yor, restoran\u0131n teklif etmesi durumunda ise paket yapt\u0131rmayanlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 50\u00b4si fikrini de\u011fi\u015ftirece\u011fini belirtiyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">10 haneden 4\u00b4nde de yeme\u011fin pi\u015firildikten sonra sadece 1 kez \u0131s\u0131t\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 alg\u0131s\u0131 hakim. \u00dcst-Orta S\u0131n\u0131f (C1 SES) hanelerde yeme\u011fin 1 kereden fazla \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lmayaca\u011f\u0131 alg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n daha y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131 artan yemeklerin at\u0131lma olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n daha fazla oldu\u011funa i\u015faret ediyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Hanelerde en \u00e7ok taze meyve, sebze, s\u00fct ve s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnleri at\u0131l\u0131yor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 hanelerde en fazla at\u0131\u011fa d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fen g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini de ortaya koydu. Buna g\u00f6re, evlerde en \u00e7ok \u00e7\u00f6pe at\u0131lan g\u0131dalar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda y\u00fczde 42 ile taze meyve ve sebze, y\u00fczde 41 ile s\u00fct ve s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnleri yer al\u0131yor. T\u00fcketiciler g\u0131da ambalajlar\u0131ndan genellikle cam ve toprak kaseleri evde de\u011ferlendirirken plastik ambalajlar\u0131 ise \u00e7\u00f6pe at\u0131yor.  Ancak geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclebilir at\u0131klar i\u00e7in t\u00fcketicilerin sadece y\u00fczde 33\u00b4\u00fc geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm noktalar\u0131n\u0131 kullan\u0131yor, y\u00fczde 39\u00b4u ise mahallelerinde   geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm noktas\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">G\u0131dalar\u0131 daha uzun s\u00fcre saklamak i\u00e7in 10 haneden 3\u00b4nde ise s\u00fcrekli ve s\u0131kl\u0131kla evde konserve yap\u0131l\u0131yor.<strong> <\/strong>Ekmekte ise g\u0131da kayb\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde toplumsal duyarl\u0131l\u0131k ve fark\u0131ndal\u0131k olu\u015fmu\u015f durumda. Bu sayede hanelerin y\u00fczde 87\u00b4si bayatlayan ekmekleri \u00e7\u00f6pe atmak yerine de\u011ferlendirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Bayatlayan ekmeklerini de\u011ferlendirmeyi tercih eden t\u00fcketicilere bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, y\u00fczde 64\u00b4\u00fcn\u00fcn bu \u00fcr\u00fcnleri k\u00f6fte i\u00e7i veya yumurtal\u0131 ekmek yap\u0131m\u0131nda kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, y\u00fczde 32\u00b4si bayatlayan ekmekleri a\u011fz\u0131 ba\u011fl\u0131 bir torbaya koyup ihtiyac\u0131 olan birinin almas\u0131 umuduyla soka\u011fa b\u0131rak\u0131yor, y\u00fczde 41\u00b4i ise hayvanlar\u0131 beslemek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>T\u00fcketici, marketlerde g\u0131da kayb\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleyecek alternatiflere a\u00e7\u0131k<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada, marketlerde olu\u015fan g\u0131da kayb\u0131n\u0131 azaltabilecek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler \u00fczerinde de duruluyor. Bu do\u011frultuda, t\u00fcketicilere, g\u0131da kayb\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemeye y\u00f6nelik, hangi \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin ayr\u0131 bir reyonda ve daha uygun fiyata sat\u0131labilece\u011fi soruldu\u011funda y\u00fczde 57 ile &#8220;\u015fekli bozuk ama t\u00fcketilebilir taze meyve ve sebzeler&#8221; \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Bunu y\u00fczde 40 ile &#8220;Son T\u00fcketim Tarihi yakla\u015fm\u0131\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcnler&#8221; takip ediyor. Tavsiye Edilen T\u00fcketim Tarihi ge\u00e7mi\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcnleri t\u00fcketmenin sa\u011fl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan zararl\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilincindeki t\u00fcketicilerin az olmas\u0131 sebebiyle, t\u00fcketicilerin sadece y\u00fczde 27\u00b4si ayr\u0131 bir reyonda Tavsiye Edilen T\u00fcketim Tarihi (TETT) ge\u00e7mi\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin sat\u0131labilece\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ayr\u0131ca, her 5 ki\u015fiden 1\u00b4i, \u00f6zelikle hayat\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, malzemenin artmas\u0131 nedeniyle olu\u015facak g\u0131da kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n da \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ebilece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek yemekte kullan\u0131lacak t\u00fcm malzemelerin temizlenmi\u015f olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck gramajda veya tek \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnl\u00fck porsiyonlarda sat\u0131lmas\u0131na s\u0131cak bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtiyor.
