Bu yaz\u0131n\u0131n amac\u0131 ise iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin g\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011fi \u00fczerindeki olas\u0131 etkilerini incelemek ve bir tak\u0131m \u00f6nerilerde bulunmak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bilindi\u011fi gibi iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi asl\u0131nda 20.y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ortas\u0131ndan itibaren etkilerini hissettiren ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla dikkatleri \u00e7ekmeye ba\u015flayan bir konu.  \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin tek etkisi yaln\u0131zca artan ortalama s\u0131cakl\u0131klar de\u011fil. K\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma ayn\u0131 zamanda d\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir \u00e7ok b\u00f6lgesinde \u00e7ok \u015fiddetli f\u0131rt\u0131nalara, s\u0131k ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ya\u011f\u0131\u015flara ve sellere, ve uzun kurakl\u0131klara yol a\u00e7\u0131yor. Bu temel etkiler nedeniyle yeralt\u0131 su seviyeleri al\u00e7al\u0131yor, buzullar eriyor, deniz seviyesi y\u00fckseliyor ve denizlere yak\u0131n yerlerde yer alt\u0131 sular\u0131 tuzlula\u015f\u0131yor. B\u00fct\u00fcn bu de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin bitkisel \u00fcretim ya da yeni deyimiyle g\u0131da g\u00fcvencesi \u00fczerinde olumsuz etkileri kadar g\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011fi \u00fczerindede\u00e7ok farkl\u0131 olumsuz etkileri bulunuyor.  H\u00fck\u00fcmetleraras\u0131 iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi panelinin 4. de\u011ferlendirme raporuna g\u00f6re 21. y\u00fczy\u0131lda k\u00fcresel ortalama s\u0131cakl\u0131kta 1.8-4 0 C lik bir art\u0131\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131 tahmin ediliyor. Bu de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin yol a\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131 olas\u0131 g\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011fi sorunlar\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da alt\u0131 ana konu ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 halinde  a\u00e7\u0131klanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.Bakteriler, Vir\u00fcsler ve Protozoalar: Epidemiyolojik triad\u0131 olu\u015fturan \u00fc\u00e7 fakt\u00f6r olan konak\u00e7\u0131, mikroorganizma, ve  \u00e7evreye  bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n enfeksiyon hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00fczerinde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir etkisi oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Tabi bu noktada y\u00fcksek nem ve s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n konak\u00e7\u0131 metabolizmas\u0131n\u0131n direncini azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da unutmamak gerekir. \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ile ili\u015fkili bir di\u011fer ilgin\u00e7 ili\u015fki ise denizlerin \u0131s\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131n fitoplankton art\u0131\u015f\u0131na neden olmas\u0131 ile ili\u015fkilidir. Baz\u0131 bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda fitoplanktonlar\u0131n artmas\u0131 nedeniyle deniz suyu pH&#8217;s\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131, ve bunun sonucunda denizde bulunan Vibrio cholera&#8217;n\u0131n alkali ortamlar\u0131 tercih etmesi nedeniyle di\u011fer bakterilere kar\u015f\u0131 rekabetsel bir \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fck sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve sonu\u00e7ta V.choleran\u0131n zooplanktonlara tutunarak \u00e7evresel streslere kar\u015f\u0131 diren\u00e7 kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve b\u00f6ylelikle g\u0131da zincirini kontamine etme riskinin artaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Di\u011fer taraftan a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar, kurakl\u0131k ve f\u0131rt\u0131nalar\u0131n da \u00f6zellikle su temini ve kalitesi ile ili\u015fkili olarak su ve g\u0131da kaynakl\u0131 enfeksiyon hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n yay\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 \u00fczerinde \u00e7ok ciddi etkileri bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Di\u011fer taraftan iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin k\u0131smen spek\u00fclatif olmakla birlikte  olas\u0131 bir tak\u0131m ba\u015fka etkileri de bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu etkiler aras\u0131nda strese kar\u015f\u0131 mikrobiyal evrim sonucunda mikroorganizma patojenitesinin artmas\u0131n\u0131 sayabiliriz. Di\u011fer taraftan yeni patojenlerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131, ya da ortadan kalm\u0131\u015f olanlar\u0131n yeniden ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 da s\u00f6z konusu olabilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.Zoonozlar ve di\u011fer hayvan hastal\u0131klar\u0131: Zoonotik hastal\u0131klar hayvanlardan insanlara bir\u00e7ok yolla bula\u015f\u0131rlar. Baz\u0131 hastal\u0131klar enfekte olmu\u015f hayvanlar, hayvansal \u00fcr\u00fcnler ve d\u0131\u015fk\u0131larla direkt temasla insanlara ge\u00e7er. Di\u011fer hayvan hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n ise vekt\u00f6rler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ve kontamine olmu\u015f g\u0131dalar\u0131n ya da suyun t\u00fcketimi ile bula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinmektedir. Zoonozlar\u0131n ve di\u011fer hayvan hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131 veteriner ila\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131mda art\u0131\u015fa neden olur, bu da g\u0131dalarda olas\u0131 kabul edilemez seviyelerde veteriner ila\u00e7 varl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla sonu\u00e7lanabilmektedir. Bat\u0131 Nil Vir\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6rnek verecek olursak; bu vir\u00fcs kaynakl\u0131 insan enfeksiyonlar\u0131 sivrisinek pop\u00fclasyonuyla ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Baharla sonbahar aras\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fclen sivrisinek aktivitelerinin \u00e7evrimleri bahar\u0131n daha erken gelmesiyle uzam\u0131\u015f olacak, b\u00f6ylece insanlarda enfeksiyon art\u0131\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclecektir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-G\u0131dalarda veteriner ila\u00e7 kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 \u2013 \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi g\u0131da kaynakl\u0131 hayvan hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n ve hayvan zararl\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n oran\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe ve veteriner ila\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131nda art\u0131\u015fa neden olur. B\u00f6ylece g\u0131dalarda artan ve kabul edilemez seviyelerde veteriner ila\u00e7 oranlar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">G\u0131da zincirinin tamam\u0131ndaki mikrobiyal tehlikeleri kontrol etmek \u00e7in matematik modelleme, yeni bilimsel ara\u00e7lar\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131, geli\u015fmi\u015f epidemiyolojik g\u00f6zetim, g\u0131da kaynakl\u0131 patojenler i\u00e7in yeni izleme programlar\u0131 ve ara\u00e7lar\u0131, artt\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f hayvan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6zetimi ile g\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011fi, halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve veteriner sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetleri aras\u0131nda geli\u015fmi\u015f koordinasyon gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.Toksinojenik k\u00fcfler ve mikotoksinler: Toksijenik k\u00fcfler taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcretilen, y\u00fcksek oranda toksik kimyasal maddeler olan mikotoksinler, hasat \u00f6ncesinde ya da hasat sonras\u0131nda olu\u015fabilirler. Tablo 2. d\u00fcnya genelinde \u00f6neme sahip olan, halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile hayvan \u00fcretkenli\u011fi \u00fczerinde \u00f6nemli etkiye sahip oldu\u011fu kan\u0131tlanan mikotoksinleri listelemektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tablo 2. K\u00fcflerin da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n ve d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn bir\u00e7ok yolla zararl\u0131 sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131ndan etkilendi\u011fi bilinmektedir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fiyle zararl\u0131lar\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ve \u00e7e\u015fitinde art\u0131\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. Bitkilerin \u00e7ekirdekleri \u00fczerindeki strese ve mekanik zararlara kar\u015f\u0131 diren\u00e7lerinin azalmas\u0131 k\u00fcf kaynakl\u0131 enfeksiyonlar\u0131 te\u015fvik etmektedir. Bu fakt\u00f6rlerin etkisi zararl\u0131n\u0131n, bitkinin ve k\u00fcf\u00fcn karakteristi\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak de\u011fi\u015fir.<\/p>\n<p>Mikotoksin zehirlenmesinin en \u00f6nemli \u00f6zelli\u011fi olan kronik maruziyet ince bir nokta olmakla beraber, neden ve sonu\u00e7 aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n kan\u0131tlanmas\u0131 zordur. Bir yandan bu konuda strateji uygulamas\u0131 \u00f6nemli teknik kapasitelere ihtiya\u00e7 duyarken, di\u011fer yandan genellikle teorik risk olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden politik amac\u0131n yerine getirilmesi zor olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.Zararl\u0131 alg \u00fcremesi ve bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k \u00fcr\u00fcnleri g\u00fcvenli\u011fi: Toksin \u00fcreten zararl\u0131 alg t\u00fcrleri insanlar i\u00e7in tehlike arz eder. Deniz \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin, \u00f6zellikle kabuklular\u0131n t\u00fcketimiyle bir\u00e7ok insan hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Deniz seviyesindeki art\u0131\u015f, artan ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar ve ani seller de iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin bir sonucudur ve zararl\u0131 alg pop\u00fclasyonunda art\u0131\u015fa neden olmaktad\u0131r. Yo\u011fun ya\u011f\u0131\u015fa ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak seller ve artan nehir ak\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ile topraktan gelen azot ve fosfor konsantrasyonlar\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f olur bu da fitoplankton geli\u015fimini te\u015fvik eder. \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak 2100 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar deniz seviyesinin 0.6 m y\u00fckselece\u011fi tahmin edilmektedir. Deniz seviyesi artt\u0131k\u00e7a sulak alanlar kaybolacakt\u0131r, bunun sonucunda k\u0131y\u0131 sular\u0131, artan besin maddeleri seviyelerine ve g\u0131da dengesizli\u011fine daha e\u011filimli olabilmektedir. Yine artan ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar ve ani seller nedeniyle tuzlulukta de\u011fi\u015fimler g\u00f6r\u00fclmekte, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla zararl\u0131 alg olu\u015fumu etkilenebilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bu ba\u015fl\u0131k kapsam\u0131nda, \u00fclkeler Deniz Biyotoksinleri Y\u00f6netim Planlar\u0131n\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak risk y\u00f6netim yetene\u011fini kuvvetlendirmek ve t\u00fcketicinin korunmas\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rmak i\u00e7in entegre kabuklu ve mikro-algal izleme programlar\u0131n\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 planlamal\u0131d\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.G\u0131da zincirinde \u00e7evresel bula\u015fanlar ve kimyasal kal\u0131nt\u0131lar: Topra\u011fa PCB ve dioksinlerin bula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fiyle, \u00f6zellikle artan sellerle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011fu g\u00f6zlemlenmi\u015ftir. 2002 y\u0131l\u0131nda Elbe ve Mulbe nehir ta\u015fk\u0131nlar\u0131 nedeniyle dioksin ve benzofuranlar\u0131n topra\u011fa, bu sel havzas\u0131nda otlayan hayvanlar\u0131n da s\u00fct\u00fcne ge\u00e7mesi s\u00f6z konusu olmu\u015ftur. Y\u00fcksek su s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 , artan ya\u011fmur \u015fiddeti, uzun periyotlu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck su debileri sular\u0131n kirlenmesini artt\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Okyanuslar\u0131n \u0131s\u0131nmas\u0131na gelince, okyanus s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki 1\u00b0C lik art\u0131\u015f civan\u0131n metilasyonunu dolay\u0131s\u0131yla canl\u0131larda tutulmas\u0131n\u0131 %3-5 oran\u0131nda artt\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Denizlerin y\u00fckselmesi ve yer alt\u0131 sular\u0131n\u0131n tuzlula\u015fmas\u0131 insanlar\u0131n i\u00e7me suyu olanaklar\u0131n\u0131 azaltaca\u011f\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir tehlikedir. Toprak kirlili\u011fi, su bula\u015fmas\u0131 ve bula\u015fanlar\u0131n oranlar\u0131, kurakl\u0131k ve sel periyotlar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fimi ile ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin Banglade\u015f&#8217;te kurak zamanlarda arsenik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan zengin yer alt\u0131 sular\u0131 sulamada kullan\u0131lmakta, bu da toprakta bu elementin artmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. \u00c7evresel bozulma ve h\u0131zlanan \u00e7\u00f6lle\u015fme de toprak bula\u015fmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli etkenlerdir. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 pestisit kullan\u0131m\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde ve \u00e7evredeki kal\u0131nt\u0131 miktar\u0131n\u0131 da artt\u0131racakt\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin baz\u0131 pestisitlerin kurak ortamlarda k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 etkisinin olmas\u0131, \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin korunabilmesi i\u00e7in daha y\u00fcksek dozlarda pestisit kullan\u0131m\u0131 ya da uygulaman\u0131n s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelebilmektedir. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde veteriner ila\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 ile ilgili olarak; hayvan zararl\u0131lar\u0131 ve hayvan hastal\u0131klar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015fla ila\u00e7 kullan\u0131m\u0131 da artmaktad\u0131r. Mavidil, Rift Valley Hummas\u0131, Tick Borne hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 (bahar-yaz ensefaliti) iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finden \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde etkilenmektedir. \u0130klim, mastitis gibi antibiyotik tedavilerine ihtiya\u00e7 duyan bakteriyel sendromlar\u0131 etkilemekte, bu da g\u0131dada kal\u0131nt\u0131 riskini ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">G\u0131da maddelerinin g\u00fcvenli\u011fini sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in birka\u00e7 kilit alanda \u00e7abalar sarf edilmelidir ki bu g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc etkiler tan\u0131mlanabilsin. \u0130zleme programlar\u0131, iyi tar\u0131m uygulamalar\u0131, iyi hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k uygulamalar\u0131, bilgi de\u011fi\u015fimi gibi uygulamalar bu alanlara \u00f6rnek g\u00f6sterilebilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.Acil durum halleri: H\u00fck\u00fcmetler aras\u0131 iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi panelinin 4. de\u011ferlendirme raporuna g\u00f6re, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi acil durum risk durumlar\u0131n\u0131 3 ana yolla etkilemektedir.
