Vaka \u00fczerine firma t\u00fcm Avrupa&#8217;daki \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini geri toplam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. &#8220;Reinhardshof, Harzer K\u00e4se, 200g&#8221; ve &#8220;Reinhardshof, Bauernk\u00e4se mit Edelschimmel, 200g&#8221; ambalajl\u0131 peynirler s\u00fcpermarket raflar\u0131ndan ocak sonunda kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Avusturya&#8217;n\u0131n Steiermark b\u00f6lgesindeki Prolactal GmbH \u015firketi bu olaylar \u00fczerine peynir \u00fcretimini durdurdu\u011funu bildiriliyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bununla birlikte iki \u00fclkedeki perakende zinciri Lidl, t\u00fcketicilerden bu marka peynirlerin iade edilmesini istedi. Alman medyas\u0131, Avusturya Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n, Avusturya&#8217;da ge\u00e7en y\u0131l peyniri yiyen 4, Almanya&#8217;da 2 ki\u015finin ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirdi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Peynirin neden oldu\u011fu enfeksiyon (listeriyozis) nedeniyle \u00f6len Avusturyal\u0131lar&#8217;\u0131n ya\u015fl\u0131 ki\u015filer oldu\u011fu belirtildi. Alman kanallar\u0131, \u00fclkede 12 ki\u015finin bu peynirden kaynaklanan enfeksiyon nedeniyle tedavi alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131 ve Robert Koch Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc de \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin Listeria&#8217;dan kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi. G\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzman\u0131 Dr. Eleftherios H. Drosinos g\u0131da kaynakl\u0131 salg\u0131nlara yol a\u00e7an insan kaynakl\u0131 hatalar i\u00e7inde en s\u0131k yetersiz ki\u015fisel hijyenin geldi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Atina Tar\u0131m \u00dcniversitesinden yap\u0131lan bilgilendirmeye g\u00f6re, vakayla ilgili proses esnas\u0131nda depolama tanklar\u0131, alan ve so\u011futuculardan kaynakl\u0131 kontaminasyon olabilece\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Listeria gram (+), spor olu\u015fturmayan, aerobik ve fak\u00fcltatif anaerobik, \u00e7ubuk (basil) \u015fekilli bakterilerin bulundu\u011fu bir cinsdir. Bu cinsde 8 farkl\u0131 t\u00fcr bulunur. Listeria t\u00fcrleri do\u011fada \u00e7ok yayg\u0131n bulunan, so\u011fukta da rahatl\u0131kla ya\u015fayabilen psikrofil bir bakteridir. So\u011fukta ya\u015fayabilen bir bakteri olmas\u0131 nedeniyle Listeria m\u00fccadelesi olduk\u00e7a zordur.  Toprakta, bitkilerde, kanalizasyon sular\u0131nda hayvan yemlerinde, g\u00fcbrede ve ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 insanlarda (yakla\u015f\u0131k %10) bulunur.  G\u0131dalara \u00e7apraz veya do\u011frudan kontaminasyonla ge\u00e7erek enfeksiyonlara sebep olur. Taze dondurulmu\u015f kanatl\u0131 \u00e7i\u011f etleri, taze ve i\u015flenmi\u015f et \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, \u00e7i\u011f s\u00fct, \u00f6zellikle yumu\u015fak peynirler, mezbaha art\u0131klar\u0131 gibi \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde Listeria&#8217;ya rastlanabilir. Ba\u015fl\u0131ca bula\u015fma yolu kontamine g\u0131da t\u00fcketimidir; ancak do\u011frudan hasta hayvanlardan insanlara da ge\u00e7ebilmektedir. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Listeria cinsi i\u00e7inde patojenitesi en y\u00fcksek t\u00fcr Listeria monocytogenes&#8217;dir. Listeria monocytogenes&#8217;in g\u0131dalarda hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde bulunmas\u0131na izin verilmemektedir. Avrupa Birli\u011fi Drektifi (Commission Regulation (EC) No 2073\/2005 of 15 November 2005 on microbiological criteria for foodstuffs)&#8217;e  ve T\u00fcrk G\u0131da Kodeksi Mikrobiyolojik Kriterler Tebli\u011fi 2009\\68&#8217;e g\u00f6re t\u0131pk\u0131 Salmonella spp. gibi Listeria monocytogenes&#8217;de en 25 gram g\u0131da numunesinde bulunmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Listeriyozis \u00e7o\u011fu sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 insan i\u00e7in risk olu\u015fturmasa da \u00f6zellikle ceninde, yeni do\u011fanda, bebeklerde,  gebelerde, ya\u015fl\u0131larda ve ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemi zay\u0131flam\u0131\u015f ki\u015filerde hastal\u0131k riski olu\u015fturur. Ancak sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 insanlarda da enfeksiyon merkezi sinir sistemine ge\u00e7ti\u011fi takdirde %20-50 oran\u0131nda \u00f6l\u00fcm g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. Gebelerde Listeria plasenta yoluyla fet\u00fcse ge\u00e7erek annede belirti vermeden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck, erken do\u011fum, \u00f6l\u00fc do\u011fum veya yeni do\u011fanlarda ciddi sa\u011fl\u0131k problemlerine sebep olabilir. Semptomlar\u0131 ise; titreme, ishal, kas a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, kusma \u015feklindedir. Enfeksiyon sinir sistemine yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015fsa semptomlar ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, denge kayb\u0131, ense sertli\u011fi, istem d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kas\u0131lmalar \u015feklindedir. Listeriyozis di\u011fer g\u0131da kaynakl\u0131 patojenlerin neden oldu\u011fu hastal\u0131klardan farkl\u0131 olarak ishal \u015feklinde de\u011fil menenjit, ensefalit (beyin iltihab\u0131), septisemi (kan zehirlenmesi) ile sonu\u00e7lanabilir.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">G\u00f6zler Listeria&#8217;da<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zaman zaman d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli yerlerinden listeriyozis vakalar\u0131 bildirilmektedir. D\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131ndaki g\u0131da kaynakl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcm ve hastal\u0131klar\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir kayna\u011f\u0131 L.monocytogenes&#8217;le kontamine g\u0131dalard\u0131r. ABD&#8217;de 1998 a\u011fustosu ve 1999 ocak aylar\u0131 aras\u0131 L.monocytogenes kaynakl\u0131 50 vaka bildirilmi\u015ftir. Bu vakalar 6 yeti\u015fkin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ve 2 gebenin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck yapmas\u0131 ile son bulmu\u015ftur. Bula\u015fmada hot-dog ve  salam v.b. gibi proses g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f et \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin sorumlu oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. 2005 y\u0131l\u0131nda 23 AB \u00fcyesi devletten toplamda 1439 Listeriyozis vakas\u0131 rapor edilmi\u015ftir. Vakalar\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131na ili\u015fkin rapor veren 23 AB \u00fcyesi devlet taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011flanan bilgiler temel al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda vakalar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funun \u00fclke i\u00e7i kaynakl\u0131 oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. AB&#8217;de g\u00f6r\u00fclme oran\u0131 (2005) 100000&#8217;de 0,3 olup, bu oran 2004 ve 2003 oranlar\u0131 ile benzerlik g\u00f6stermektedir. Almanya da vaka say\u0131s\u0131nda 2004 y\u0131l\u0131na oranla 2005&#8217;de yakla\u015f\u0131k %72&#8217;lik bir art\u0131\u015f bildirilmi\u015ftir. En y\u00fcksek g\u00f6r\u00fclme oranlar\u0131 Danimarka, Bel\u00e7ika, Finlandiya, Almanya ve Hollanda taraf\u0131ndan rapor edilmi\u015ftir. Listeriyozis en \u00e7ok ya\u015fl\u0131lar aras\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fclmekte olup, vakalar\u0131n %53&#8217;u 65 ya\u015f \u00fczeri ki\u015filerde meydana gelmi\u015ftir.  Listeria Alarm\u0131! <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2007 y\u0131l\u0131nda ABD&#8217;de past\u00f6rize s\u00fctlerden kaynakl\u0131 bula\u015fma sonucu 3&#8217;\u00fc \u00f6l\u00fcmle sonu\u00e7lanan  5 vaka bildirilmi\u015ftir. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)&#8217;ye g\u00f6re Listeriyozis sebebiyle ABD&#8217;de y\u0131lda 500 insan\u0131n \u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc rapor edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00dclkemizde Listeriyozis ilk defa 1945 y\u0131l\u0131nda saptanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ancak insanlarda nadir olgular halinde bildirilmi\u015f, epidemilere rastlanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda peynir ve baz\u0131 s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde Listeria cinsine mensup baz\u0131 t\u00fcrlere rastlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde et ve et \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde L.monocytogenes aranmas\u0131 sonucu yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda %70 civar\u0131nda Listeria cinsine mensup t\u00fcrler izole edilirken bunlar\u0131n i\u00e7inde L.monocytogenes olanlar\u0131n oran\u0131 %20&#8217;lerde seyretmektedir.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Akkaya L ve arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n  yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada incelenen toplam 75 kremal\u0131 pasta \u00f6rne\u011finin 10&#8217;unda (% 13.33) Listeria spp., 5&#8217;inde (%6.66) L. monocytogenes, 8&#8217;inde (%10.66) L. innocula ve 3&#8217;\u00fcnde (%4) L. seeligeri identifiye edilmi\u015ftir. Sade kremal\u0131 pasta \u00f6rneklerinin 3&#8217;\u00fcnde (%12) Listeria spp., 2&#8217;sinde (%8) L. monocytogenes, 1&#8217;inde (%4) L. innocula; meyveli kremal\u0131 pasta \u00f6rneklerinin 5&#8217;inde (%20) Listeria spp., 3&#8217;\u00fcnde (%12) L. monocytogenes ve 2&#8217;sinde (%8) L. seeligeri; \u00c7ikolatal\u0131 kremal\u0131 pasta \u00f6rneklerinin 2&#8217;sinde (%8) Listeria spp., 1&#8217;inde (%4) L. innocula ve 1&#8217;inde (%4) L. seeligeri identifiye edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00c7etinkaya F., ve Soyutemiz G&#8217;nin deniz \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ve sebzelerde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya g\u00f6re ise, analiz edilen 110 adet \u00f6rne\u011fin 20 (%18.2)&#8217;sinde Listeria spp. kontaminasyonu g\u00f6zlendi. Listeria izolatlar\u0131 2 adet dondurulmu\u015f salyangoz, 15 adet dondurulmu\u015f biber, 1 adet dondurulmu\u015f b\u00fcr\u00fcksel lahanas\u0131 ve 2 adet dondurulmu\u015f \u00e7ilek \u00f6rne\u011finden elde edildi. Dondurulmu\u015f biber \u00f6rneklerinde saptanan 15 Listeria izolat\u0131ndan 3&#8217;\u00fc (%8.1) L. monocytogenes olarak tan\u0131mland\u0131. Listeriyozisin  \u00f6nlenmesi i\u00e7in genel tavsiyeler: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>\u00c7i\u011f k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 veya kanatl\u0131 etle temas \u00f6ncesi ve sonras\u0131 eller s\u0131cak suyla ve dezenfektanl\u0131 sabunla 20 saniye y\u0131kanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Hayvansal k\u00f6kenli g\u0131dalar veya \u00e7i\u011f kanatl\u0131, k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et iyice pi\u015firilmelidir.<\/li>\n<li>Sebze ve meyveler yenmeden \u00f6nce iyice y\u0131kanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Past\u00f6rize edilmemi\u015f s\u00fct veya b\u00f6yle s\u00fctlerden yap\u0131lan g\u0131dalar t\u00fcketilmemelidir.<\/li>\n<li>Listeria so\u011fukta da \u00fcreyebilen bir bakteri oldu\u011fundan buzdolaplar\u0131 ve so\u011fuk odalar d\u00fczenli olarak temizlenip, dezenfekte edilmelidir.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00fcketime haz\u0131r veya \u00e7abuk bozulan g\u0131dalar m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede t\u00fcketilmelidir.<\/li>\n<li>AIDS hastalar\u0131 gibi imm\u00fcn sistemi zay\u0131flam\u0131\u015f ki\u015filer normal insanlara g\u00f6re listeriyozis&#8217;e 300 kat hassast\u0131r.  Gebeler ise 20 kat daha hassast\u0131r.
